Policies

By purchasing my products, you agree to my policies and have had the opportunity to read the description of your purchase.
 
NO REFUND/EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of my items, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
I have detailed descriptions and accurate photos to the best of my ability of each product to give you an idea of what to expect once you receive your new jewelry.
Exception: If your item arrives defective, please send me a high quality photo of the item *WITHIN 24 HOURS* of arrival and it will be replaced for the same item (if available) or for another item of equal value. 
Once I deem your item defective via your photo you must ship the item to our mailing address which I will provide through e-mail with you.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Once decided, I will gladly provide an exchange for an item of same value that is in stock.
